There are three common reasons: 1. The input of the public account is incorrect. At present, the vast majority of authentication failures are caused by incorrect input of public accounts by enterprises. Incorrect input of public accounts will result in payment failure. Banks will not return any information if the payment fails. The user will receive the information authentication failure after 72 hours. 2. It is wrong to fill in the information of the bank account amount. Payment amount = random number between 0.01 and 0.99, please pay attention to identification. If the error is 3 times, the company cannot be certified within 24 hours. 3. Failed to verify the authenticity of enterprise information. Including the company name, social credit code, and legal person name, if the information is incorrectly filled in more than 5 times, it will take 24 hours to continue the certification. Note: Please fill in and proofread your business information carefully, usually the above information can be certified if you fill in the correct information.

After submitting the application for organization verification, you can go to the personal center-enterprise information to view the audit progress and results. The audit time is usually 2 working days. If it is still under review, the page will show: 'The organization verification application is in progress', and the enterprise information cannot be edited at this time. If the audit is approved, the optional fields can be edited but the required fields cannot. If the certification is unsuccessful, you can click "View Reason" to view the reason for the failure,then submit the application again.

Organization verification is a necessary condition for a Tuya account to become an enterprise customer type. After the organization verification, the account becomes an enterprise customer type and can enjoy the following benefits: Online transactions for enterprise entities: Support for online orders, payments, contract signing, and ticket issuance on the developer platform as an enterprise entity. Deep business cooperation: You can enjoy more flexible business cooperation models and preferential policies. The Tuya developer platform only supports using mobile phone numbers registered with the user's own ID card for identity verification. It is recommended that you first register a mobile phone number under your own name offline and then activate identity verification on the platform, otherwise you will not be able to pass the identity verification. (Only for platform accounts in mainland China, accounts in other regions do not need identity verification).

If an enterprise initiates more than 10 identity verification requests a day, the Tuya developer platform automatically adds the enterprise to the blacklist. In this case, the enterprise can contact Tuya customer service personnel to have its name manually removed from the blacklist.

Dear user, the number of products that an IoT account can create is determined by whether your account has completed enterprise certification: Before enterprise certification, your account can have up to 10 products in development, and you will not be able to create more once this limit is reached. The possible reasons are as follows: (1) Your email address is incorrect. (For example, a number or letter is missing or transposed, or ""com"" is incorrectly written as ""con"".)
